Body Language
A reader begins to read a scripture about Christian unity only to find his or her own body not "on the same page." The reader's hand is shaking, his or her eyes are wandering, his or her feet want to run away, and the stomach keeps complaining. As the brain struggles to keep them all coordinated, the reader has to physically grab body parts and pull them back into line. With the reader alone on-stage and the voice actors voicing the body parts, this sketch illustrates the need for the Body of Christ to work as one.
